- Designation: Receptionist cum Admin
- Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
- Experience required: 2 years
· Good in communication skill (written and verbal)
· Mail drafting & letter drafting
· Experience in handling the entire Front desk operation.
· Experience in Handling walk-in guests.
· Coordinate with Internal team.
· Handling administration work.
· Answering the Calls / EPBAX, taking messages and handling correspondence and Transferring the
Calls to the concerned department as per required.
· Attending Visitors and Vendors and solving their Queries.
· Handling Calendars Management.
· Coordination with Internal Team Members and maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
· Typing, Filing the documents as per required.
· Arranging for Conference and Meeting Room, According to the availability and requirements.
· Taking care of the Day to Day Admin Activities of the Organisation like Records of Stationery,
· Couriers (Inwards & Outwards),Printing and Scanning and other correspondence works etc.
· Maintaining First Aid Box, Purchase of medicine for the same.
· Taking care of the Pantry and ensure that the stock is maintained and severed to the associates with hygiene and care.
