v Accurately answer phone calls and greet customers at front desk in a friendly, energetic, professional, personable and polite manner
v Direct visitors to the appropriate person and department/office
v Must maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationship with other staff members
v Keep front desk clean, tidy and organized/supplied with all the necessary supplies
v Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
v Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
v Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
v Answer all incoming calls & redirect them to the appropriate Department /Person when needed.
v Assist MD, Directors, in their day to day activities.
v Maintain Inward & Outward register and keep track of all outgoing and incoming documents or material.
v Inform to HR regarding employees query, related to leave or timing etc.
v Make a visitor entry in spine with appropriate details.
v Maintain covid-19 protocol.
v Need to take care of all the mobile phone of employee submission in the reception area and strictly adhere the rules of organization.
v Assisting Andheri HR if anything required.
v Monitor and update records and files related to your work.
v Coordinating for the interview process with Recruitment Team.
v Vendor Management in terms of coordination.
v Keep an inventory of office supplies, Housekeeping & tea, Coffee Powder and ensure it is always stocked.
v Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
v Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
v Any other task that may be assigned after 3 to 6 month.
