Objectives of this Role: 

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite manner 

• Welcome visitors in professional manner, and answer any questions visitors have. Keep track of all visitors. 

• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times 

• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail 

• Maintain the general office filing system 

• Arrangement of coffee, other refreshments or snacks for clients, visitors and employees. 

• Manage Cafeteria and housekeeping services, take inventory of supplies and restock as needed 

• Managing office boys like their timings and leaves information and working of them. 

• Support employees & address their complaints & grievances regarding facilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

 Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search

 1-3 years of Relevant Experience.
