· COMMUNICATION- Complete and accurate information to the callers, new admissions, in house residents and all staff. The person to pass the information to the right individual in the facility.
· GUEST SERVICE- Receive all enquiries in person and assist them to meet the BD. Mange the brochures, reception furniture, music, fragrance etc
· COLLECTIONS- Follow up and collections of dues. Communication of the dues and maintaining residents in advance status.
· C soft- adherence of real time inputs
· Makes travel and lodging arrangements by coordinating bookings.
· Monitors office security by observing safety regulations and managing access through the front desk.
· Takes in, organizes, and disperses daily mail and deliveries by grouping them according to department, location, and category.
