Aspire Industries Pvt Ltd looking for an proactive female candidate who can handle day to day smoothly.We are looking for a pleasant Receptionist/Front Desk Executive to undertake all duties at the reception area.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Greet and welcome guests
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor office expenses and costs

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Fresher are most welcome
• Should have knowledge of computer
• Pleasant Personality

• Salary: ₹7,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
