Responsibilities :
• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
Hamlet Office Main Activities
• Computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a
highly proficient level
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating
correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Arranging meetings, travel and accommodations as per requirement
• Market analysis with the help of data and calling
• Arranging couriers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Screening phone calls
• Sorting and distributing post
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
• Overseeing the recruitment of new staff
