Maintenance: |
· Maintain inward and outward register. |
· Maintaining record of in-out timing of all staff members on a daily basis. |
· Maintaining other office work allotted by Admin Dept and Management. |
· Answering all incoming calls and handling caller’s inquiries. |
· Maintaining the common filing system and filing all letters. |
· Maintaining staff attendance on a daily basis and reporting the same to Admin & DNP. |
Co-ordination: |
· Follow up with clients for outstanding payments. |
· Coordinate with staff members, visitors and clients. |
Communication: |
· Up-gradation of phonebook on system. Have all land line, mobile, email IDs. |
· Respond to guests and public inquiries. |
· Receive, direct and pass on telephone, fax messages. |
· Direct employees, guests and general public to the right staff member. |
Support and services: |
· Provide support to all departments and services as and when required. |
