  • Overall in charge of the help desk for information flow to internal and external customer, it could be the brands / categories available , promotional activity info , utilities available within the mall
  • Updating of daily reports such as opening and closing timings of retailers, pram and wheelchair handling over procedures, lost and found management.
  • Collecting customer feedbacks as per targets fixed by duty manager
  • Collecting retailers sales figures
  • To be on rounds as & when required, which includes identifying the various departmental snags and send the same to respective department heads.
  • Data entry into the mall management software
  • Maintain excellent/effective tenant relationship
  • To ensure all procedures are followed in maintaining various reports
  • Grooming, punctuality and discipline is mandatory.
  • It will be a mandate to work on all weekends throughout the year
