Job Description

JD FOR CSE

Overall in charge of the help desk for information flow to internal and external customer, it could be the brands / categories available , promotional activity info , utilities available within the mall
Updating of daily reports such as opening and closing timings of retailers, pram and wheelchair handling over procedures, lost and found management.
Collecting customer feedbacks as per targets fixed by duty manager
Collecting retailers sales figures
To be on rounds as & when required, which includes identifying the various departmental snags and send the same to respective department heads.
Data entry into the mall management software
Maintain excellent/effective tenant relationship
To ensure all procedures are followed in maintaining various reports
Grooming, punctuality and discipline is mandatory.
It will be a mandate to work on all weekends throughout the year
