Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors to the relevant person
  • Receives and sorts mail and deliveries
  • Does the travel bookings independently – air, road and rail
  • Responsible for Library Administration
  • Compiles the feedback forms
  • Does typing work in word, power point
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support
  • Organizes conference and meeting room bookings
  • Adheres to company code of conduct, process/policies compliance.
  • Upgrades personal capabilities with new skills and as per defined development plan.
