· Identification of new potential prospects, distributor/ direct sellers etc. through research and analysis of sales leads and options on the database.
· Generate new sales leads through headhunting, database calls, on-line promotion, on-line canvassing, cold calling for opening new sales distributor accounts, updating and upgrading them in CRM tool with accuracy so as to procure sales revenue.
· Hand-hold distributor/direct sellers, dealers and direct Agents through the first phase through initiatives like updating/upgrading information in the virtual office, work module etc.
· Updating current and new prospects/ distributor and direct Agents, latest information on sales activities and plans along with providing on-line support to enhance their revenue production.
· Promoting new product launches, Offers & Schemes to distributor / direct sellers, dealer and direct Agents, communicating & coordinating, providing support sales enhancement accordingly.
· Ensuring compliance & coverage to distributor/ direct sellers, dealers and direct Agents sales processes, along with assistance in complaint resolution in coordination with customer care and management teams.
· Creation, process and handling office and client data along with co-coordinating with back end Sales teams for payment processing and sales closure.
