1. Greeting the clients and directing them to the appropriate person in the office.
2. Ensure that the reception area is well-maintained and presentable.
3. Performing all other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, Photocopying, scanning, etc.
4. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
5. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
6. Answer and forward incoming phone calls
7. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
8. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, visitor logbooks and brochures)
9. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue and collect visitor badges)
10. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
11. Update calendars and schedule meetings
12. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The candidate MUST be a FEMALE.
2. Graduation in any field
3. Must be proficient in English- Verbal and written.
4. Basic computer knowledge is a must.
5. Good communication skills.
