  • Managing customers walking in.
  • Assisting in daily activities of the coaching centre Directors.
  • Providing information about the visitors and giving information about the coaching to customers.
  • Visiting site with the faculty as and when required.
  • Checking the mails frequently.
  • Maintaining of accounts and other materials related and told by the MD.
  • To make sure the water bottles and the flower vase in the reception area are changed daily.
  • To make sure the organization brochures, Product Brochures & Annual report are placed in the reception area.
  • To ensure the daily functioning is kept upto the mark on the daily basis.
