Job Title: Receptionist (female only)
Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a receptionist. She will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Responsibilities:
· Front Desk Operations:Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls promptly, taking messages as needed.
· Visitor Management: Register and announce visitors, ensuring they are attended to promptly. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
· Communication Handling: Receive and relay messages to appropriate personnel. Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors.
· Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms. Notify staff of visitor arrivals and appointment reminders.
· Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist in the coordination of outgoing mail and courier services.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
· Security Awareness: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the security of the facility. Collaborate with security personnel to address any security concerns.
· Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services.
Qualifications:
· Education: MinimumHigh school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience as receptionist and in office administration.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.
· Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle various personalities with tact and diplomacy.
· Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail in managing appointments and visitor information.
· Technical Skills: Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems, printers, and computers. Knowledge of basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
Salary Package: 2-2.5 Lakh per annum. Based on experience and qualification the pay range can be negotiated.
Requirement: Immediate Joining.
Working Conditions: The Receptionist will typically work during standard office hours, with occasional flexibility based on business needs. It’s a 6-day working with Sunday being a holiday.
