We are hiring for Female Receptionist in Chennai to manage Desk Admin work at one of our office located in Chennai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintaining the reception and office main/front desk.
Updating the Excel and register on daily basis.
Handle incoming calls, feedback and enquires
Excellent communication and people skills.
Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma or its equivalent degree (12th pass can apply).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task under pressure.
Professional appearance.
Ability to be resourceful, tactful, and proactive in dealing with any issues that may arise.
Firstly, Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
