Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the clinic. You will welcome patients and greet people/doctors who visit the office. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including forwarding correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic
Direct patients to the appropriate doctor
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, visitor logbooks and brochures)
Help in billing and fee collection
Assist in social media posting and preparation
