Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and professional receptionist to join our team at [span core] in Coimbatore. As the first point of contact for our organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for our visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.

Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

Provide information to visitors and answer inquiries about the company.

Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.

Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.

Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.

Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
