Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and professional receptionist to join our team at [spancore technology] in Coimbatore. As the first point of contact for our organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for our visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
• Provide information to visitors and answer inquiries about the company.
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle a busy reception area with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist role is an advantage.
