Job Description

Work Schedule: Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM
Nearest Metro Station: New Delhi & Chawri Bazaar

Candidate Profile:

Basic knowledge of computer MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) & fluency in English is a must.
Candidates with a science background will be preferred.
Must be a graduate, confident, smart with a pleasing personality.

Job profile:
Includes but not limited to:

Prepare Price Quotations.
Follow-up with customers on Payment, Dispatch Details.
Follow-up with principals on Dispatch Details followed by follow up with Transporter on whereabouts of the material.
Maintain Stock Register.
Receive & Maintain Incoming & Outgoing Couriers.
Proper filing of documents.
Maintain office stationery.
Bank dealing such as Sending Cheques, writing letters to the bank etc.
Maintain the decorum & cleanliness in the office.
Handling Phone calls.
A junior office boy will be assigned for all the field work.
