Receptionist will be the first point of contact for a company. Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the office. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and redirecting calls to respective offices
- Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
- Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
- Preparing outgoing items such as envelopes or package
- Performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need
- Maintaining Client Records.
- Candidate should have Tele Calling skills
