URGENT REQUIREMENT OF RECEPTIONIST
· Manage the front desk and Its operations
· Attend incoming and outgoing calls and transfer Calls to Various departments.
· Handling Fax/ Emails
· Keep a record of daily visitors and help in the coordination of ID and other visitor cards.
· Manage distribution of documents, If any, received from visitors.
· To take care of any other tasks as and when given related to managing the front office.
· Responsible for dispatching emails/ couriers and keeping the records on daily basis.
· Maintenance of Attendance.
· Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
· Booking a Meeting/ Conference room.
· Good communication skills (both in Hindi and English)
· Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
· Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
· Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
· Female candidate preferred
· Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma
· Immediate joiners only will be considered
