Job Description
We are seeking skilled and professional Receptionist to join our ultra-luxury villas real estate development team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
· Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented.
· Assist in scheduling appointments and property tours for the sales team.
· Maintain a record of visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
· Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
· Handle client inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in using office equipment, such as a phone system, scanner, and photocopier.
· Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management procedures.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Need to know English, Hindi & Telugu (additional language skills are a plus).
