Front Desk Management:

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff members in a timely and helpful manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently using our clinic's scheduling software.
• Coordinate appointments based on physician availability and patient preferences.
• Remind patients of upcoming appointments via phone calls or automated reminders.

Patient Relations:

• Ensure a positive patient experience by providing friendly and helpful assistance.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
• Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Help maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Phone Etiquette:

• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times.
• Handle incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information during phone conversations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, but not required.
