Job Description
☛Answer phone calls in a polite and timely manner and direct calls to the correct departments.
☛Female Candidates will only be given preference
☛Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
☛Inform Employees of visitors arrivals or cancellations
☛Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks as and when needed.
☛Direct or escort visitors to the respective employee or place.
☛Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
☛Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
☛Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
☛attend to the front desk of the office.
☛Making and receiving telephone calls.
☛Typing letters & documents.
☛Scanning and copying of documents on daily basis
☛Recording daily attendance and leave.
☛Inward-outward visitor document register maintaining.
☛Managing cleanliness in the office and general housekeeping.
☛Maintaining enough stock/inventory of essential supplies.
☛Bringing photo copies of documents.
☛To take job responsibilities of HR & Office Administrator in her absence.
