Job Description

Chandrashekhar Tunnel Tech is hiring*Female Receptionist*at Aundh, Pune
Job Summary:
  • The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.
  • You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
  • Keep track of meetings & schedules.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
  • Interact with vendors as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Hindi, Marathi & English.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: As per company policy
  • Experience:1 year experience in customer service Preferred.**Freshers are also welcome
  • Education:Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
