Job Description

The Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing & announcing them appropriately.
Arrange travel & accommodations, & prepare vouchers.
Answering, screening & forwarding incoming phone calls.
Receiving & sorting daily mail.
Ensure reception area is tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationary & material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
Provide basic & accurate information in-person & via phone/email.
Order front office supplies & keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars & schedule meetings.
Keep updated records of office expenses & costs.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing & faxing.
