Responsibilities:
● Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
● Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
●Receiving and sorting daily mail.
● Multitasking and prioritizing.
●Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
● Ability to work under pressure.
●Commercial awareness (or business acumen) This is about knowing how a business or industry works
Eligibility:
● Experience candidates are preferred
● Proficient knowledge of MS Office
● Good knowledge and understanding of pitching and selling
● Team player, out of the box thinking, innovative in favour of business growth
●Good presentation skills, able to build repo with clients
