Job Description:

Responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position to efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements and also conducting initial interviews
Working along with the hiring manager for the interview selection and onboarding the selected candidate.
Responsible for conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate.

Expected Profile:

Should have relevant experience in either IT or Non-IT recruitment.
Must have handled end to end recruitment process.
Experience in using social and professional networking sites to identify and source passive and active candidates.
Should be able to work in a dynamic environment and have a positive and flexible attitude towards learning.
