Job description
We are looking for Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates
to interviewing and providing the right talent to our clients.
What does a Recruiter do?
A successful recruiter will collaborate
with clients as a TA advisor on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring
needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources,
like social media networks and job portals. Our ideal recruiter holds an
academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing
and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the
responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires
and retains the best talent while growing a strong talent
pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an overall recruiting
strategy
- Understand job descriptions and job
specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to
appropriate job boards and social media platforms
- Source and recruit candidates by using
databases, job portals, social media etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable
recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the
schedule
- Assess the applicant’s relevant experience,
knowledge, skills, attitude and aspirations
- Provide market intel to the hiring managers and
act as an advisor to them
- Apply best recruiting practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting
reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential
candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote the company’s reputation as the “best
place to work”
Requirements
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Someone who is ready to go the
extra mile to create the best hiring experience for hiring managers as
well as candidates
- 3 months - 1 year of work experience as a
Recruiter (either with corporate or staffing agency recruitment
experience)
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources
and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates with
the best fit as per job descriptions
· Engage candidates throughout the interview process
from prepping before interviews to assisting with the final offer negotiation
- Hands-on experience with various selection
processes (video interviews, phone interviews, etc.)
- Maintain a database of candidate records,
including active and passive prospects and hired candidates.
- Follow up on interview process status and update
records in our internal database
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, database
management, and internet search
- Bachelor or master degree in human resource
management (or related field)
