Job Description
Duties: Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling , Follow up, Onboarding, Training Management, Social Media Handing, Team Management, Advisory, Regular Report, Conducting and scheduling Meetings, Call handling.
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in the development and updating of job descriptions.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Communicate effectively with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
