Job Description

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
  • Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
  • Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
  • Excellent learning skills, and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
  • Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
