Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions.
• Cold calling to ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
• Involved in end to end selection procedure
• Preliminary screening of the candidates.
• Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
Requirements:
• Maximum age – 30 Years
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Experience in startup recruitments is a huge plus
• Must have experience in stakeholder management
