Hevo is looking for Recruiter to hire top Talent for our business function e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. The incumbent will manage: Sourcing (60%),Internal and Stakeholders management (20%) and operational activities (20%).
Responsibilities
- Sourcing through multiple channels (Social Media, LinkedIn, Referral and Networking)
- Build industry, company, and talent pool insights through mapping
- Initiate targeted searches to headhunt top talents in the industry
- Interview and assess candidates through the structured interview process
- Build and maintain reports for internal reviews
- Build Talent communities & Pool for current and future roles
- Take up new projects to improve efficiency of Recruitment efforts
- Manage excellent stakeholder experience (Hiring Manager and Candidate) throughout recruitment process
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in executive search
- Prior experience in executing targeted searches through mapping and head hunting
- Strong ability to structure interview assessments methodologies (competencies, situational judgement)
- Ability to plan, organize and execute Talent Community building initiatives
- Experience in building reports for internal reviews
