At least 2 to 4 years of experience in end to end recruitment. Able to handle clients independently. Taking interview and reference check. Excellent Skills/ experience of sourcing CVs from job boards. Good Passive search skills. Pre-qualify and short list candidates and make into process to gets job closed. The candidates must have excellent communication skill and able to handle high volume recruitment pressure. Must be a good team player.
