Job Description:
  • Experience in recruiting & staffing process sourcing a candidate from various sources – active & passive, initial resume review based on requirements, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, and closing feedback loops.
  • Should be well equipped with Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver on timelines.
  • Flexible to switch on working with regular and critical demands.
  • Strong in Technical Validation.
  • Good to have experience in Client and Team handling.
  • Well versed in using MS Office in preparing dashboards and MIS Reports.
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with good listening abilities.
