Job Description
We are looking for motivated US IT Recruiters with good experience (Freshers can also apply).  
Job Description :
1) Minimum 1 + years of US IT recruitment experience.
2) Must have a good attitude & excellent communication skills
3) Expert in sourcing resumes from job portals (JobDiva, Dice, Monster, Linked-in etc.)
4) Good exposure in full cycle of technical recruitment which involves sourcing, screening and interviewing and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
5) Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates
6) Good recruitment track-record of placing consultants in both W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp contracts.
7) Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details and database
8) Highly self-motivated

This is a Night Shift job & working hours will be 5:30 pm to 3:30 am IST
