About The Role
This role is for who like to work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, potential candidates to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly. It involves scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, scheduling interviews across departments, handling last-minute scheduling changes, and smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with business leaders and recruiters to understand the staffing requirements and specific job objectives
- Communicate with relevant candidates about the company and the job
- Manage the ATS and keep it up to date
- Coordinate and maintain calendar invites for Skype, T-con and, on-site interviews
- Follow up with the candidates for assignment submissions and set up calls with panels whenever necessary
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and sourcing trends
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
What You Will Need
- At least 1 year of work experience as a recruitment coordinator or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Good understanding about various tech stacks
- Familiarity with an applicant tracking systems / candidate management systems will be ideal
- Familiarity with social media hiring
- Good sourcing knowledge through various job portals
