Summary

Arete Incident Response is seeking a top tier candidate for a Recruiting Coordinator position to join its growing and dynamic global Talent Acquisition Team. We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help us hire A-players, work closely with our internal recruiters and deliver a first-class employee experience.

Skills And Experience Requirements

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting in managing the candidate interview process including:
  • Providing administrative support to Recruiters
  • All interview scheduling for hiring team and candidates
  • Creation and maintenance of interview agenda
  • Successfully manage multiple candidates and calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interview activity on the technical team
  • Track key recruiting metrics and ensure candidate records in applicant tracking system (ATS) are organized and up to date
  • Coordinates background checks and references through vendor
  • Eagerly respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email
  • Creates a world-class positive candidate experience
  • Experience with Workday strongly desired
Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of Industry experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle coordination.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize hiring needs effectively.
  • Strong track record in maintaining high amount of candidate experiences & candidate management.
