We are searching for a detailed, analytical, enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team! This person will own interview scheduling and coordinating, but will also be given the opportunity to work closely on projects with the Recruiting Team. This opportunity will expose you to the fast-paced world of enterprise software and presents an outstanding opportunity to develop your career. Delphix India team is expanding and you'll have an integral role in growing the company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Recruiters to schedule phone and in-person interviews for India
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure a close partnership between Recruiting and various departments
• Own candidate experience; ensuring timely communication throughout the process
• Develop and own recruiting metrics, and diversity metrics
• Collate feedback on regular basis and help share it with global stakeholders
• Schedule touch-base calls with business leaders

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and a positive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• You have a sense of urgency (and a sense of humor!)
• You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
