Job Description

  • End to end recruitment
  • Understanding the requirement
  • Sourcing from different Job portals
  • Screening candidate according to client requirements.
  • Briefing the candidate about the position.
  • Coordinate with the HR manager for scheduling interviews, documentation and salary negotiation of candidates.
  • Co-ordinate with candidates for their joining formalities.
  • Taking care of added responsibilities given by the senior.
  • Vacancy: 2 position
  • 1 Position for Trainee Recruitment Analyst. (Salary Depend on Performance in Interview).
  • 1 Positions for Executive Recruitment Analyst. (Salary Depend on Performance in Interview).
Must-Have:
BBA/MBA HR.
HR Freshers can also apply.
0.6 Month or 1 Year Experience in recruitment is preferred.
