Job Location : White Field, Bangalore

Job Description:

Collaborate with Hiring managers on a regular basis and plan fulfilment.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Following up on the interview process status.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Participate in recruitment drives.
Verify candidate documents and perform salary negotiation.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
