What you
will do: Your role would involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle -
· Searching suitable profiles using job portals, social Media and internal data base
· Sourcing profiles & Head hunting/ Generating references
· Contacting the candidates and generating their interest for the position being offered.
· First level Interview and Screening of candidates
· Coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling & documentation of selected candidates, etc
· Building rapport with the clients to generate additional requirements by reaching “top of the mind” recall.
What you need:
· You should be young, dynamic and enthusiastic.
· Graduate with atleast 6 months of experience.
· Good written and spoken English communication.
· Confidence in your abilities to move mountains, a go getter attitude with a “Never – Say – Die” spirit to achieve targets.
