Job Description:
Experience: 

• Smart Recruitment Professionals with a minimum of 6 months to 2 yrs of work experience in IT recruitment
  
• Fresher’s with good communication and right attitude, willing to be a part of the larger organization.
  

• Responsible for end to end recruitment
  
• Screening of candidates to check their interest and fitment.
  
• Sourcing profiles based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as Linkedin, Reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
  
• Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
  
• Follow-ups with candidates for status.
  

• Delivering numbers as per the Requirement
  
• Taking 1st round of HR interview and keep in contact till the final selection of the candidate
  
• Preparing documentation of the employees
  
• Managing documents file of each employee in the company
  
• Taking daily attendance of each employee and preparing attendance report in every month end
  
• Leave approval of the employee and Managing leave data of each employee
  
• Planning and executing festival celebration in the company for the employee engagement
  
• Planning and executing different activity in the company for employee motivation
  
• Managing employee data in Excel sheet
