  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle
  • Source and screen candidates from portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin and other social networking groups and referrals
  • Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
  • Interviewing and testing job seekers
  • Manage salary negotiations, date of joining and help with reference checks.
  • Building relationships with employers and job seekers
  • Meeting targets for closing open positions
  • Maintaining MIS/ trackers
  • Candidate Profile
  • Dedicated, hardworking and self-motivated individual who has a passion to perform and deliver high calibre customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally - English.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to different environments quickly and efficiently.
  • Self-sufficient/able to work autonomously as well as part of a very small team and be willing to work in a growing start-up.
  • Immediate joining preferred.
