STC Proposes customer benefit Business Models like 1.Budget QA - STC will plan and operate on the cost of testing projects. 2.Pay Per Defect - The client will pay only for the defects identified by STC. 3. M2A - Help the clients to convert the Manual testing process to Automation scripts by utilising the STC experts and later STC helps to provide KT to client resources. 4. QA Lease - STC will Lease out the Test Facility and the Testing Resources dedicately to the client for a period of time and manage the ofshore process. 5. QuickStart QA - The client can rampup the resource pool from STC at quicktime from their talented pool and return them back at any phase.
