ABOUT YOU

• We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. 
• You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions from entry-level to executive positions. 
• Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well. 
• They operate in virtually all sectors of the employment market.
• The recruitment consultant’s role is the vital link between candidates and clients; it involves attracting business from client companies by using sales, business development and marketing techniques. 
• This includes building relationships with clients, keeping in touch over the phone and in writing. 
• They are also required to attract candidates by drafting advertising copy and using a wide range of media. 
•  They screen candidates, interview them and select suitable candidates to put forward to client companies. 
• Recruitment consultants are involved in negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establishing relationships with new clients through business development and marketing campaigns.
• Understand client requirements
• Visiting current and prospective clients to foster long-term relationships
• Getting to know how client companies operate and understanding their general ‘culture’.
• Making visits and presentations to corporate clients.
• Evaluate resumes and applications
• Writing and advertising vacancies on the job boards.
• Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
• Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
• Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Helping candidates to identify and achieve their career goals, and encouraging continuing professional development.
• Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates both personally and by telephone.
• Making job offers and checking references for candidates.

Education & Experience:

• BA/B.Sc./B.Com/Bachelors in HR/Management/ Marketing or any other related fields from an accredited institution. (MBA/Master Degree in HR/ Marketing would be an added advantage)
• Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in recruitment preferably with HR Consulting Companies/ Recruitment Companies or any other business.
• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiter or similar position.
• Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Sales/Customer service skills
• Outstanding communication ability
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Well-organized
• Ability to work with targets
• Sound judgement ability
