Job Description

Role: Recruitment Coordinator
  • We are a technology company in the recruitment space looking to hire someone who can help with recruitment coordination. 
  • We are a team of 8, most of us technologists from Thought Works.
Responsibilities:- 
  • We have 50+ active companies hiring through Geektrust. 
  • You will make sure interview co-ordination between companies and candidates is handled well.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling interviews between companies and candidates 
  • You will collect feedback from companies on candidates 
  • You will generate reports for companies on candidate statuses and follow up with them 
  • Identify areas of improvement on both company and candidate side engagement 
  •  We are a tech company and we have internal software that you will use for your day to day activities and responsibilities 
  • You will also be responsible for contract management for clients
