Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews (telephonic, video and onsite) with both efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience, throughout the interview process.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Support the Human Resources Team with Employee Onboarding and other HR coordination.
• Work closely with external vendors, local and global stakeholders and interviewers, on achieving the company's hiring targets.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 yrs of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional people skills and the ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with Google Docs, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other sourcing tools a plus
• Easily Accessible to assist Hiring activities
