We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who will act as a liason between the People team and our candidates and employees.
You will be working in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment. You will be scrappy, independent, and excited about having a big impact in a small, growing team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
• Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status
• Coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling and sharing consolidated feedback before the debrief
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the ATS and sending out status notifications
• Complex calendar management
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and resolve escalations regarding people and processes. Ability to dive deep on the root cause of issues and take end to end ownership to resolve them
• Comfortable with viewing and analyzing numbers and transforming data into trends to come up with proactive solutions
• Possesses the ability to multitask, prioritize well, and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
• Proficient with any ATS and video-conferencing tools
• Scheduling interviews in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
  

Note This is a contractual position for 6 months with a potential to convert to FTE.
