Job Description

Recruitment Enabler

 We are hiring freshers for our Noida, UP and Indore, MP Center.

Job Description:

 

  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier IT talent. Making Job Postings on the Job Portal to attract right candidates.
  • Preliminary screening: Perform in-depth pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities & fitment. Assess candidates' understanding of domain specific technologies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Selection & Joining: Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust network of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate expectations and provide regular updates on job opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including account managers and recruiters, to ensure alignment and understanding of client requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant staffing and employment laws. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate profiles, interviews, and placements in ATS.

    Skills Required:

     

    • Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate Diploma or relevant degree. A degree in IT Engineering is an added advantage.
    • ·Relevant Experience: Fresher
