Recruitment Executive (External)

Job responsibilities :

  • Good understanding recruitment technique
  • Candidate would be external recruitment our client
  • Would mange end to end Recruitment cycle for our client
  • Sourcing profiles via job portal / social media
  • Must have Bulk hiring / volume hiring / large hiring
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goal
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Completing assigned work within given time span allotted for the work
  • Sending daily report to the concerned person.
